Enter DreamCatcher Hotels. Working with Coushatta Casino Resort General Manager, Conrad Granito, DreamCatcher Hotels challenged the norms of the industry to set a new standard for hotel development focused on the highest perceived value for customers and the lowest development costs for owners. “We challenged them to come up with a better mouse-trap," said Granito, "and they took it seriously.” This summer, the 401-room Seven Clans Hotel at Coushatta Casino Resort opened as a striking example of how casino hotels can be successfully developed in today’s ‘new normal’ economy, while at the same time significantly elevating the guest experience.
