Competed in June 2023, Quinault Beach Resort and Casino now boasts a completely renovated guest room experience. With an introductory phone call with the members of the Quinault Indian Nation, DreamCatcher Hotels was launched instantly into an impressive renovation with an unprecedented timeframe. In 295 days, DreamCatcher started the project and saw it through to completion. The final product consisted of 155 renovated rooms and corridors, which included 12 suites, 63 double queen rooms, 74 king rooms, and 6 king ADA compliant. DreamCatcher oversaw ALL renovation services, including design, construction and procurement of FF&E and OS&E. The renovation project was more than just a facelift, as the scope included all new FF&E and OS&E throughout the hotel as well as new showers, removing all existing tubs. The DreamCatcher team completed this project for a cost that was lower than the national average for this scope of services in the region. The best part, we were able to deliver an exceptional product that our client’s guests will enjoy for years to come.
